At Tactical Notebook Covers, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your mission requirements, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tactical patches and attachments included.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all cordage and internal organizers are intact, and include your printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
