Nylon elastic keeps your CAT nicely retained in place. We've made the reversible reflective ID panel on a piece of rigid plastic. This plastic insert adds structure to the lid, ensuring the user can quickly flip that lid open to retrieve the tourniquet when needed, no fumbling around.
